About the Keyword Grouper

Paste a keyword list and it is clustered into groups that share intent, so you can see how many pages the list actually implies. The grouping is lexical — shared terms and overlapping phrase structure — which is fast and good enough to be useful on a list of a few hundred.

The decision it supports is the one most keyword research skips: one page or several. Five phrasings of the same question belong on one page, and splitting them across five thin posts means those pages compete with each other for the same result slot.

When a group looks too large, look for a modifier that changes intent rather than wording — "best", "vs", "how to", a price, a location. Those are genuine page boundaries. Synonyms are not.

Common questions

How does the tool decide which keywords belong together?

It groups by shared terms and overlapping phrase structure, which is fast and reliable for spotting keywords that share the same core topic.

Should every keyword in a group go on the same page?

Usually yes if they're just different phrasings of the same question — splitting them across separate thin pages means those pages compete against each other in search results.

What if a group looks too broad to be one page?

Look for a modifier that changes intent rather than wording — "best", "vs", "how to", a price or a location. Those usually mark a genuine page boundary; plain synonyms don't.
